It is a mixture of raisins, glacé cherries, desiccated coconut, icing sugar, milk powder and rice bubbles, with coconut oil as the binding ingredient. Once it is left to set, it is cut into squares to eat. White Christmas is a popular Christmas food item, as it can easily be made by children.
